I received my purchased items from burton on 26/03 and I returned them via Hermes on 27/3. Hermes website shows items sent to burton on 31/03. I completed the form with regards returned items on 4 occasions on the burton website and received a response after my 4th message. The response advised in the T’s and C’s they have up to 28 days to contact the customer advising of a refund and if after 28 days I still haven’t heard, to then respond to that email. I have since responded twice and received no response. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life before. Is there any additional compensation for burton breaching their T’s and C’s by not contacting the customer with 28 days? I won’t shop online with burton again**UPDATE**If you would like a response from burton, forget the email and use WhatsApp. They respond back to you!!**UPDATE**A few responses received by burton via WhatsApp. Issue is now resolved and voucher credits applied. Unfortunately during the takeover my original payment details were not retained so I couldn’t receive refund as cash back to me. All in all, the process via WhatsApp has been achieved. I only received 1 response from 6 emails sent so I would recommend contacting customer services via WhatsApp if you require a response. Over 4 weeks to get resolved is not good service in my eyes and all forms of contact should be responded to. This is what has let burton downAlso, my voucher credits were applied in split form so ordering more clothes has meant I had to pay for postage as 1 order was below the required amount. Again, I don’t think that is great service

I Returned a item over two weeks ago now, still waiting for an update. They have no customer services( services) available at all, so you cant actually talk to anyone. they haven't got a contact email either, just a contact form on the website. I thought it was only me going through this trouble but there seem to be many others on the same boat. Burton used to be a decent store but I cannot recommend them at all now, I hope they see these reviews and give us our money back. Be careful shopping with them.

My partner placed an order for some suits for our wedding, trousers came fine but instead of the jackets they sent totally different items. Have heard nothing back from customer service and now in a position where we may have no jackets for the wedding a few weeks away.

Disgusting customer service. Returned a suit via Hermes Parcel Shop with a QR code generated by Burton. Parcel is saying still in transit after 4 weeks. No reply to emails despite Hermes saying it is the retailers responsibility to look into it.You will lose money if you shop here.

Sent items back for a refund via their own instructions but not received a refund. DONT use Burtons. There is no way to contact them. I dont know how to get my money back as Paypal arent helping either!

Order numbers:494401857 and 495345032The 2 above order numbers have been returned through Hermes and I am awaiting refunds since november & December 2020. customer services and phone lines do not work and they do not reply emails. Burton used to be a good company but has lost it since they were sold. Not sure how I'll be refunded.

Ordered from them in november 2020. Clothes didn't fit well and the color was off. I wanted to return it, but there portal wasn't working and their costumer service kept me going in a loop without a solution. After a month I filed a complaint with PayPal, and all of a sudden Burton mails me a return label. De clothes were returned the 21st of december and arrived at Burton on the 23rd. It's now the 2nd of March. No clothes, no money back and no help from PayPal who have seem to lost their customer support as well. Terrible experience, I wish I'd looked up the reviews before ordering.

Very bad customer service.... ordered on 31st January cancelled the same day as found it £100 cheaper somewhere else! still waiting for a refund (22nd Feb) and have been told another 10 days. Absolute joke of a company steer clear!

I ordered online and the order is said to be delivered to a neighbour. But no idea who that neighbour might be or on what earth they are. There's no way to contact customer service. I've tried using the contact us page on their website. It has a form to send an email and it says sent successfully but you don't receive any confirmation or ticket number. Can't contact them by phone as well. So £62 lost. I don't recommend buying from them.Edit: I'll update my review, as customer services replied to my emails after a couple of days and the issue was resolved. But still, the customer experience wasn't that great neither from Burton nor Hermez. I'd avoid buying online again from them unless they use another courier.

IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone regarding an order.

I ordered two items and only received one. It has been 3 weeks already that I am writing emails and no response, calling and noone is picking up. Customer service is a disaster in Burton. I will call my bank and cancel this payment as it seems that there is nothing else to do.
